While many compact pods rely on just two fans, the MW-Pod does not. The MW-Pod runs four on a variable-speed system, circulating fresh air continuously — so the interior stays clear through back-to-back calls and long focus blocks, not just the first ten minutes.

Silence the chatter. Protect your focus. Acoustic-insulated walls, a full-perimeter door seal, and tempered glass front and back are engineered to keep ambient noise out. Close the door to keep your video calls private and open-plan distractions out — the uninterrupted quiet that deep work demands.

Step inside and the MW-Pod wakes: lighting and ventilation come up automatically, then wind down once you leave. No switch to find at the start of a session, and no power burned while the pod sits empty between bookings.

One panel runs the space — dim the lighting for heads-down work or a bright call, set the fan speed, and plug in at the built-in NZ power socket with USB-A and USB-C. Set it the way you work and forget about it for the rest of the session.

The MW-Pod arrives as a finished workstation: a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and a proper ergonomic task chair, both included in the base price. Where ergonomic furniture is usually a line-item upgrade, here it's simply what the pod ships with — ready to work in from day one.

Smooth-rolling casters mean the MW-Pod isn't tied to today's floor plan. Two people can roll it to a new spot in minutes, so it moves with your team as the office changes around it.

The desk that moves with you

Every MW-Pod features a high-performance, height-adjustable desk right out of the box. Driven by a smooth manual lift, it allows you to transition from seated focus to standing energy in a matter of seconds.

Work isn’t one-size-fits-all. The MW-Pod adapts instantly to whoever steps inside, allowing everyone to find their own ideal workflow. While many brands treat ergonomics as a paid upgrade, we treat it as a baseline necessity. It’s not an add-on — it’s the standard.

Common questions about the MW-Pod

The published price covers the pod fully fitted out as standard — LED lighting, continuous ventilation while the pod is in use, acoustic glazing, a power socket with USB-A and USB-C, a proximity sensor that brings the lighting and ventilation up as you step in and powers them down after you leave, and wheels so the pod can be repositioned.

The furniture is included too: a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and an ergonomic task chair. All of it is standard, not a paid upgrade.

Delivery and professional installation are quoted with your order, based on your location and site access.

We hold stock of our standard models locally in New Zealand, so if the model you want is in stock we can usually deliver and install within one to two weeks.

If your order needs to be manufactured, the lead time is approximately eight weeks. That applies to custom pods too — a custom build does not take longer.

We will confirm the lead time for your specific order before you commit.

Your pod is assembled on site. It is delivered in sections and our installation team builds it in position, so there is nothing for you to assemble.

No. A conversation at ordinary speaking volume stays in the pod — it is not intelligible to people working outside it.

That is a function of how the pod is built rather than of where you put it. The wall is four layers deep, the door is acoustic glass on a full-perimeter seal that engages when it closes, and even the ventilation ducts are internally baffled so they cannot carry sound out. A pod is only as good as its weakest gap, which is why the seal matters as much as the panels.

The wall is built in four layers: a powder-coated steel outer panel, acoustic foam, acoustic cotton, and an acoustic felt panel forming the inner surface. The door uses acoustic glass, and the pod has a full-perimeter seal that engages when the door closes.

It is the combination that does the work — mass to block sound, soft layers to absorb it, and a good seal so it cannot leak around the edges. A gap anywhere undoes the rest, which is why the seal matters as much as the panels.

The Peacepod frame is covered by a 5-year warranty. The furniture, electrical parts, and sound-absorbing panels carry a 1-year warranty.

The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. You can read the full warranty terms for what is and isn't covered, and how to make a claim.

They share the same shell and the same footprint. What differs is the furniture inside and two of the external panels.

Both are 1555 × 1350 mm externally and 2185 mm tall, and both run four fans. The MW-Pod is fitted out as a workstation for one: a height-adjustable sit/stand desk and an ergonomic task chair. The M2-Pod is fitted out as a meeting room for two: a meeting table and two upholstered sofa chairs.

One difference on the outside: on the MW-Pod the left-hand front and rear panels — the two beside the desk — are solid, where the M2-Pod has glass in both.

So choose on what happens inside, not on the footprint. If it is one person working, take the MW-Pod. If it is two people talking — a one-to-one, an interview, a confidential conversation with a colleague — take the M2-Pod.

One thing worth knowing if you plan to present: neither has a screen mount. A wall mount ready for a screen starts at the L4-Pod.
