Custom Peacepod

Custom Peacepod · Bespoke office pod · Sized for you

Built to your dimensions

A Custom Peacepod is designed around your space rather than the other way round. Most buyers find their pod in the standard range; if yours needs something it doesn’t cover — bigger, smaller, or simply a different shape — we build it to the same engineering standards as every other model.

The process

How a custom build works

  1. Tell us the brief

The space, the headcount, and what has to happen inside it. A floor plan helps; a rough sketch and a couple of photos are enough to start.

  2. We design and quote

You get a layout, dimensions and a fixed price for the build. Changes at this stage cost nothing.

  3. We build it

Built to the design you signed off, to the same standard as every model in the range.

About eight weeks from payment of your deposit.

  4. Delivered and installed

Delivered and professionally installed nationwide, the same as everything else in the range.

When a standard model is the better answer

Most spaces are covered by the five standard models — they are priced, quicker to deliver, and everything is included as standard. If one of them fits, it is the better buy.

Common questions about the Custom Peacepod

Yes to both, and they are handled a little differently.

Custom colours are available on small runs rather than on a single unit off the shelf, so the economics work best when you are ordering more than one. Tell us the colour or the brand reference and we will confirm what is possible and what it adds.

Branding goes on as decals rather than being built in at the factory. A logo or wordmark can be applied to the exterior panels once the pod is installed, and that is normally arranged by you with your own signage supplier. Bespoke finishes and non-standard dimensions are a separate conversation — a fully custom pod can be any size or capacity you need.

One thing worth knowing before you commit: a pod built to your own specification is made to order, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has begun. Your specification is set out in the quote you accept before you pay a deposit, so the detail is agreed before anything is built. See our returns policy for how that works.

No. A custom Peacepod can be smaller than our standard work pods as well as larger than the XL-Pod — for example, a compact work pod at 1319 mm wide × 1000 mm deep.

Let us know what you require and we will discuss the details with you on a case-by-case basis.

Custom pod pricing depends on size, capacity, finishes, and any special requirements. We do not publish custom pricing online because every project is different.

Send an enquiry and we will come back to you with a detailed quote within 2 business days.

A custom pod is made to order, so there is no stock to draw on. Once the specification is agreed and your order is placed, manufacturing takes approximately eight weeks — the same as a standard model that has to be built rather than shipped from stock. A custom build does not take longer to manufacture.

Ahead of that we work the specification through with you and issue a quote, so allow time for that as well. How long it takes depends on how quickly the detail is settled.

We will confirm the lead time for your project before you commit.

Generally not — but if you are in any doubt, check with your local council. What we can tell you is how the pod is installed: it is assembled on site, stands on its own wheels, plugs into a standard power outlet, and is not fixed to the floor, walls, or ceiling.

Tell us about your site and we will share what comparable installations have involved. For a definitive answer on your building, check with your building manager or local council.

The Peacepod frame is covered by a 5-year warranty. The furniture, electrical parts, and sound-absorbing panels carry a 1-year warranty.

The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. You can read the full warranty terms for what is and isn't covered, and how to make a claim.
