Change of mind or circumstance:
Considerable time effort and expense is involved in the provision, delivery and installation of each of our pods, All pod parts are carefully individually packaged and all parts are carefully stored inside specially designed crates. Some pods are custom built for clients and do not necessarily suit other clients tastes or preferences. Given these factors, we do not provide refunds or accept returns if you change your mind.
Product Concerns:
As the exclusive local agent for our product ranges, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise within our warranty policy. Customers should inspect pods following delivery and installation and reach out to us immediately if any issues are found.
Warranty and Repairs:
All our products are sold with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. As the exclusive local agent for our product ranges,Peacepod will ensure any necessary repairs or part replacements are taken care of in a timely manner. If any such issues should arise then please contact our customer service team and we will get these taken care of for you.
Resale:
If, for whatever reason, you no longer require your pods, and wish to sell these, then we can assist you in this process by offering the pods to our network of interested buyers. Please reachout to discuss this if this is the case for you.
